FAQ
Still unsure? Ask us anything on Telegram.
Do I need root?
No. You install our modded APK instead of the Play Store version. No root, no extra apps.
Is it safe? Can I get banned?
No mod is 100% safe. We test every game update and post the current status on our Telegram channel. If you want zero risk to your main account, play on a secondary account.
Why does the app ask for "All files access"?
It reads your license file (EliteMods.license) from your phone's storage. Without this permission the mod can't start. It doesn't touch your other files.
Can I use it on 2 devices?
Yes, with the 2-device plan. The 1-device plan locks to the first device that activates.
I changed my phone. What now?
Contact support on Telegram and we'll reset your device lock.
The game updated and the mod stopped working.
Follow our Telegram channel for status updates. We update as fast as possible, and if the mod is down for more than 24 hours we add the lost days back to every active VIP.
Can I get a refund?
This is a digital product, so there are no refunds once the license is delivered, except when the mod doesn't work on your device and support can't fix it within 48 hours. Opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback revokes the license permanently.
